Christi Garner, LMFT, DBH-C, CYT, CCPT

Co-Founder

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over two decades on the frontlines of trauma and recovery. She brings together neuroscience, trauma-informed leadership, and mindfulness to build resilience with first responders, military service members, and healthcare professionals. Co-founder of HEFA and a soul-led servant leader for the work.

Shannon Thompson

Co-Founder — In Memoriam

A pioneer in soul-led living, feminine leadership, and authentic transformation, Shannon shaped HEFA with her bold vision and deep wisdom. Her influence lives on in every HEFA trainer she mentored. In memoriam, March 2024.

Ruthi Solari

Lead Teacher and Trainer

Holds a Master's in Mind Body Medicine and has spent 20+ years helping leaders and communities transform through holistic practices. She guides organizations across nonprofit, private, and public sectors to create meaningful change by effectively engaging their people and resources.

Eden Trenor

Lead Teacher and Trainer

Brings 20 years of nonprofit leadership and over a dozen years of facilitation in high-stakes settings including prison, the outdoors, and international peace-building. Her background spans nature-based education, body-centered healing, systems thinking, and regenerative systems design.
